Troubleshooting:

Light does not turn on.
- Verify amp is plugged in properly.
- Check Main fuse.
No sound comes out of the amp at all.
-Verify speakers are connected properly.
-Check HT fuse.
-Verify power tubes light up and are getting hot. (Don't burn yourself.)
-Verify the 12AX7 tube nearest Power tubes is lighting up.
Background noise comes out of the speakers, but there's no signal
-Verify instrument and cable are connected properly, and are fully functional.
-Check the first two preamp tubes.
Sound is badly distorted or weak.
-Check power tubes and verify that they are NOT glowing red.
+If they are, turn off amp immediately and call customer service.
-Check instrument, pedals, cables.
-Check speaker cabinet and cable.
